- Clearer texts about the assistant. The Assistant settings now say that each chat message can use several of the included questions, not just one, and the licence notice says that without a valid licence you also lose the included assistant, unless you use your own OpenAI key.

- In Spanish, when you leave a new product half done, the notice now names the button as it appears on screen, “Nuevo producto”. Shops in Argentina and Spain also get their own words on the sign-in screen and in Sell.

Dox POS in Spanish in every country
Pro brings the full Spanish of the register and its settings: Latin American, Argentinian with voseo, and Spain's. A translation you uploaded with Loco Translate still comes first.

- Pro's own texts, the assistant included, are in Spanish in any variant (Colombia, Mexico, Peru...), not only in "Español".
- Deleting Pro to upload a new version by hand no longer deletes your licence, so the included assistant and the updates keep working.

- In a store that writes to its customers by text message (Messages to the customer, or the store country), the buttons under Today say Text message instead of WhatsApp.

- Yesterday, this week and the other days the assistant counts follow your shop's calendar. Late at night or in the early hours, "yesterday" could be the wrong day.
- The summary no longer ends with a tip of the day that repeated the first tip shown right below it.

Under Today, yesterday's figures go big at the top and what is pending sits in two columns, with its buttons right under each notice. The shop review starts with the checks that found something.

Two new figures at the top: what you have sold today (with its profit) and the money sitting in products that sold nothing in 90 days. Whoever manages the shop lands on Today when opening the register; salespeople keep landing on Sell.

Where the money went
The assistant groups the losses by the reason noted on each order and tells you which one weighs most, in Performance, the tips, the summary and the chat. The Excel file carries them too.

Losses count in your profit
Performance takes the loss noted on an order off its profit, with a Loss column and a total. The tips see it too, and you can note a loss from the chat ("note a loss of 8,000 on order 123, the shipping cost more").

Recover sales
Three ways your website almost makes a sale: an order that reached payment and did not pay, an order cancelled for not paying, and a cart left at the checkout. Each one gets its automatic email and shows under Today with its WhatsApp message ready.
